Privacy Notice

The company identified on our legal information page is the controller for the personal data described here. Write to support@tatextileshosiery.shop for anything in this notice, including a rights request.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to. Data protection questions go to the same address and are handled by a person, not a queue.

Account data — your email address and a hashed password, plus your plan. Lawful basis: performance of our contract with you. Kept while your account exists and for six years afterwards where it forms part of a billing record we must retain.

Uploaded images — the flat shots and artwork files you submit, and the results generated from them. Lawful basis: performance of our contract. Encrypted at rest, readable only by your account, deletable by you at any time, and removed from backups within 30 days of deletion. Never used to train any model. Never shown as an example unless you give separate, explicit, file-by-file consent.

Billing data — the plan, the amount, the dates and the country we charge in. Card details are handled entirely by our PCI DSS compliant payment processor and never reach our servers. Lawful basis: contract, and legal obligation for tax records. Kept six years.

Support correspondence — what you write to us and what we write back. Lawful basis: legitimate interests in answering you and keeping a record of what was said. Kept three years.

Optional analytics — aggregate counts of which zones are opened and which plans are viewed. Lawful basis: your consent, collected through the cookie banner and revocable at any time from the cookie page. Nothing runs before you consent. Kept 14 months.

Security logs — IP address, timestamp and request path for failed sign-ins and abuse detection. Lawful basis: legitimate interests in keeping accounts secure. Kept 90 days.

We use a small number of processors, each under a written contract that permits them to act only on our instructions: a cloud hosting and storage provider, an email delivery provider for transactional mail, an AI inference provider for pattern reading, and a payment processor.

Content you upload is not used by our AI provider to train or improve any model. It is sent for the single inference that produces your result and is not retained by them beyond what is needed for that call.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we run no advertising trackers.

Some of our processors operate outside the United Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred abroad we rely on UK adequacy regulations where they apply, and otherwise on the International Data Transfer Agreement, or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with a transfer risk assessment.

You can ask us for a copy of the relevant transfer mechanism at any time.

Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you may ask for access to your data, correction of it, erasure of it, restriction of our processing, portability of it, and you may object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent you may withdraw it at any time without affecting what came before.

We answer within one month and never charge for a first request. Ask at support@tatextileshosiery.shop.

You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office — ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF. You do not have to come to us first, though we would rather you did so we can fix it.

If you are in the EEA you may also complain to your local supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you have the rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing under the CCPA as amended; we sell and share nothing, and the same email address handles those requests.

Stretchprint is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 and will delete any account we find belongs to a minor.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to staff who need it. We test our own upload handling and we do not log the contents of your files.

If we change this notice we will post the new version here with a new date, and where the change is significant we will email you before it takes effect.
